Warranty Policy

General Terms

Acuner warrants the products and accessories to be free from defects in the workmanship or materials under normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of purchase by the consumer. If at any time during the warranty period the product is determined to be defective or malfunctions, Acuner may repair or replace this product at its own discretion. Available service options are dependent on the city / state in which service is requested and may be restricted to the original city / state of sale.

Proof of purchase is a pre-requisite to claim under this warranty.

Exclusions from Warranty

The warranty shall be null and void in any of the following cases -

1. The product has been found to be defective after the warranty period has expired
2. Proof of purchase is not presented
3. The original serial number of the product is removed, altered or obliterated from the product
4. Product purchase is not used as per the rated power condition or instructions mentioned in the instruction manual
5. Site (premises were the product is used/kept) condition that does not conform to the recommended operations of the product
6. Defects caused due to exposure to moisture/dampness/extreme thermal environmental conditions or rapid changes in such conditions/corrosion/oxidations/spillage of food/liquid log/influence of chemical substances
7. Defect due to causes beyond control like lightning, abnormal voltage, spike, external sources (ex. Cable/set-top box connections) fire, water logging, natural calamities, riots, theft, commotion, anti-social actions, acts of God or while in transit
8. Defects caused by household pets, rats, cockroaches, ants, pest, fungi or any other animal/ birds/insects etc
9. Defects caused due to negligence/omission of purchaser on account periodic maintenance(s) /periodic servicing as mentioned in the instruction manual of the product
10. Defects due to third-party repair attempts
11. Defects caused due to usage of third-party materials/non-Acuner authorized consumables
12. Any modifications, including but not limited to, rooting attempts, reverse engineering, unlocking, jail breaking etc. of the original firmware(s) or software of the product

Acuner‘s sole responsibility shall be to repair or replace the product within the terms stated above.

Correct Disposal of the Product

The symbol above means that according to local laws and regulations your product shall be disposed of separately from household waste at the end of their working life or dispose at an official collection point for recycling. By doing this, you help to preserve and protect the environment and human health.
